What is Quik 'n' Dri™?Simply put Quik 'n' Dri™ is a hydrophilic polymer designed to absorb water in and out of solution. Our research indicated that water removal was of primary importance in the biodiesel production process, especially for homebrewers and others that do water-wash purification. Quik 'n' Dri™ is our answer. Recent test showed Quik 'n' Dri™ was able to reduce the water content in cooking oil from 4800ppm or 0.48% to 800ppm or 0.08% in a single pass.

Quik 'n' Dri™ is not hygroscopic so it does not remove moisture from the air, in short it is not a desiccant. It is not a cation-exchange resin so it will not purify your biodiesel. It does one thing and one thing only and that is remove water in solution. It is inert in oil, biodiesel and methanol and will not absorb any of these substances. It was designed to replace dehydration via energy intensive methods such as heating or time consuming methods such as gravity settling. Quik 'n' Dri™ only activates when it comes in contact with water at which time it absorb the water via volume expansion.
Quik 'n' Dri™ is packaged for the home-brewer as well as the commercial user, available in both 5lb boxes as well as 40lb pails. A single pound of Quik 'n' Dri™ will remove 12 gallons of water before needing regeneration.Regenerating Quik 'n' Dri™ is a simple and straight forward procedure.
